RGS Design undertakes a wide range of projects, all delivered to the full satisfaction of clients and associated parties. From the initial client consultation and site survey, we develop sketched proposals based on the client’s brief for discussion and refinement.
We then prepare detailed drawings and specifications for planning and building warrant applications and, where required, issue tender documentation. Our service continues through securing approvals, appointing a suitable contractor, supervising works on site, and ultimately achieving the final completion certificate.
